Some states have open their early voting systems, allowing voters to cast their votes either by mail or in person and avoid the long queues on election day.  Obama has begun campaigning heavily for these early votes, and will be holding a rally along with Hillary Clinton in Florida on Monday.  Obviously the keen voters will be ready to cast their votes, and it seems as though Obama is targeting this group.  McCain in instead focusing on the voters considered less likely to turn out.
