COD 5 Review

Call of Duty 5 is a popular topic here, and GameSpot has finally done a full review!

The Good

Gritty, exciting story
Same excellent multiplayer system
Four-player cooperative campaign
Bayonets and flamethrowers
Nazi Zombies.

The Bad

Familiar setting
Familiar game mechanics
Familiar guns.

The real bad news though? It scored an 8.5, and COD 4 scored a 9.0 - while these are both high marks, it clearly didn’t live up to their expectations of an even better game.

On the other hand, there are people giving it a better review - but I generally rely on GameSpot and IGN.

I love the campaign, think it’s a little better than 4 just because it’s more realistic than 4 n the stories better, ww1 n 2 rocks for a game. Thought the maps online drag a little n sort of bored of them already, possibly because I own but they all seem a bit dark n not a lot of colour change n make it harder to play online n not as enjoyable in my opinion but for the moment as it’s still new, I’ll still play !!!

From what ive read the game is gonna play just like cod4 in terms of gameplay and graphics, however it would have been nice to see them take a step past that, otherwise your just gonna be playin cod4 all over agai but with a new face-lift
