I can easily say that Call of Duty 4 : Modern Warefare is probably one of the greatest FPS games that I have played. Ever.

The multiplayer aspect outshines every other multi player game that I have played and the single person campaign was, in a nutshell, one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had in a game.

I was never particularly into war type FPS games and after having tried MOHAA and other similar games I found myself sticking to “modern” multi player games like Urban Terror. (We were definitely never ever of the counter strike fanboys)

Tried America’s Army, wasn’t impressed then COD1 came about and I was totally astounded by this game and fell in love with it immediately.

COD 2 i didnt play much but was also amazed with it. COD 3 I didnt play and only heard good things, then COD 4 came into my life and I neglected work, family, friends while I became utterly consumed by this magical game that left other FPS’s lying dead in it’s wake.

The AA servers were dead and everyone was playing COD4.

Could it get much better?

When I heard the rumours that COD 5 was WWII based i was somewhat dissapointed.

BUT THEN…. I came across THIS TRAILER for COD5 : World at War.

Now doesn’t that flame thrower look just so sweet???

I really think that despite the WWII setting this game is going to exceed the grounds that COD4 broke with their record breaking game.
